LONGEVITY 5-AMINO 1MQ 

This ULTRA advanced peptide+naturals formulation is a combination of many powerful anti-ageing and longevity peptides, botanicals extract and precursor nutrients.

All ingredients are centred around increasing levels of ⬆️ NAD, and decreasing the activity of a key enzyme that breaks down NAD: ❌ NNMT.

We provide two of the best and well known ingredients; NMN and NR, the precursors B3 derivatives well reported to increase NAD+ levels.

On the other end, the two small molecule peptides, 5-Amino 1MQ (5-Amino 1-methylquinoline) and JBSNF-000098 inhibits the NNMT enzyme; resulting in further increased NAD+ levels via shuttling of nicotinic acid back into the NAD salvage pathway rather than it being metablized and removed via the NNMT enzyme. 

By blocking NNMT, 5-amino1MQ and JBSNF stimulate a substantial increase in NAD+ levels. NAD+ has been shown to improve cellular metabolism, increase metabolic rate and activate the sirtuin-1 longevity genes. These peptides also drive insulin sensitization, glucose modulation and body weight reduction in animal models of metabolic disease.

 Nicotinamide Mono Nucleotide (NMN) and Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) are two NAD+ Precursor nutrients. NAD+ is a crucial coenzyme involved in energy metabolism, DNA repair, anti-inflammation and enhancing mitochondrial function. Supplementation of NMN and NR, especially when combined with Pterostilbene has been shown to significantly increase NAD+ levels, thus improve metabolic and mitochondrial health, protect against age-related diseases, and extend lifespan by activating sirtuin proteins that may regulate cellular health and longevity through various mechanisms.
