Returns & Refunds Policy

Effective Date: 27th of October 2025

1. Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Opened or used products are not eligible unless wrong or damaged.
  • Final-sale items cannot be returned.

2. Process

Email [email protected] with order number and reason for return (+ photos if needed).

Return address provided after approval.

Customers will pay for return postage unless LVLUP Health sent incorrect or damaged items.

3. Refund & Credit

  • Default resolution: store credit or replacement.
  • Refunds only at LVLUP’s discretion via PayPal or alternative platform.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds appear within 7–10 business days after approval.

4. Order Protection

Lost, damaged, or stolen packages covered under purchased Shipping Protection policy = replacement only (no refund).

5. Non-Fixed Addresses

Deliveries to hotels, PO boxes, or freight forwarders are at the customer’s risk and non-refundable.

6. Customs/Imports

Customers are responsible for ensuring that LVLUP Health products are legal for import and use in their jurisdiction. Orders seized, destroyed, or refused by customs authorities due to import restrictions or local regulations are not eligible for refund or replacement.
