Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains how we handle returns and refunds in a clear and straightforward way.

Where eligible, refunds will be issued as either a store credit or a replacement product.

Refunds to an available payment method are only made in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of LVLUP Health.

Returns Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase.
  • Only unopened and unused products in original, undamaged packaging are eligible for return.
  • Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the correct return address and detailed instructions. Returns sent to any other address cannot be processed or refunded.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking confirmation.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued for the product price only, not including original shipping costs.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be, at our discretion, either added to your account as store credit or refunded to an available payment method within seven (7) business days after approval.

Incorrect or Damaged Products

  • If we shipped the incorrect product, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
  • If your product arrives damaged due to a manufacturing fault, please notify us within two (2) days of delivery with photos of the damage. If validated, we will offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Products shipped to non-fixed addresses (hotels, PO boxes, freight forwarding services) are not eligible for refund if lost or undelivered.
  • Products marked as “final sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refund for Preorders and Backorders

You may cancel a preorder or backorder anytime before it ships for a full refund. Once dispatched, our standard return policy applies.
