Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your order safely and on time.

1. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing time: 2-4  business days.
  • Average delivery windows:
    • USA (domestic): 3 to 10 business days after shipment.
    • Orders outside of the USA: Estimated delivery within 14 to 30 business days, depending on the destination country, local customs processing, and courier network.

Note: These are estimates only. We do not guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe. Delays due to customs, courier disruptions, or destination-specific regulations may occur and are outside our control.

2. Fulfilment Partners

Shipped via ShipBob or other approved providers. Tracking details emailed when dispatched.

LVLUP Health is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party couriers once the order has been handed over for delivery.

3. Risk & Liability

Risk passes to you once goods are handed to the carrier. LVLUP Health is not liable for loss, theft, or damage in transit beyond our Order Protection terms.

4. Customs & Import Compliance

Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and compliance with local laws.

If goods are seized or destroyed by customs, no refund will be issued.

We recommend checking your country’s regulations before ordering.

Countries we cannot ship to:
Mexico, Switzerland, India, Thailand, Indonesia, Israel, China, Germany, Russia, Ukraine.

5. Lost / Damaged Orders & Order Protection

Shipping Protection can be added at checkout to cover lost, stolen, or damaged parcels. If you purchased Shipping Protection, you are covered for:

  • Lost in transit: Courier confirms package lost.
  • Stolen after delivery: Evidence such as police report or footage.
  • Damaged items: Visible damage from shipping.

Claims: Email [email protected] with order number, description, and photos after 6 weeks if not delivered.

Approved claims = replacement only (no refunds).

Without Shipping Protection, LVLUP Health is not liable once the carrier receives the order.

6. Force Majeure

LVLUP Health is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, labour disputes, transport disruptions, customs delays, or government restrictions.
