LVLUP Health aims to process and deliver orders as quickly and securely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery expectations, and customer responsibilities when placing an order with us.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once dispatched, estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:
- United States (Domestic): approximately 3-10 business days
- International Orders: approximately 14-30 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance, and local courier operations.
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including customs inspections, courier delays, regulatory requirements, peak periods, or force majeure events.
Fulfilment & Carriers
Orders are fulfilled and shipped via ShipBob or other approved third-party logistics providers. Once your order has been dispatched:
- Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout
- Responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier
LVLUP Health is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or errors caused by third-party carriers after the order has been handed over for shipment.
Risk of Loss & Liability
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
Except where Shipping Protection has been purchased, LVLUP Health is not liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit.
Customs, Duties & Import Compliance
Customers are solely responsible for:
- Customs duties, taxes, import fees
- Compliance with all local laws and regulations relating to dietary supplements
LVLUP Health does not guarantee successful customs clearance.
No refunds or replacement will be issued if an order is delayed, seized, destroyed, or refused by customs authorities.
Customers are strongly advised to confirm that dietary supplements are legal to import into their country before placing an order.
Restricted Shipping Countries
At this time, LVLUP Health does not ship to the following countries:
- Austria
- Brazil
- China
- Germany
- India
- Indonesia
- Ireland
- Israel
- Japan
- Mexico
- Netherlands
- Russia
- South Korea
- Switzerland
- Thailand
- Ukraine
Orders placed to restricted destinations may be cancelled at our discretion.
Lost, Damaged & Stolen Orders
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection may be purchased at checkout to cover loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit.
If Shipping Protection is purchased, coverage applies in the following situations:
- Loss in transit, where the courier confirms the package as lost.
- Theft after delivery, supported by evidence such as a police report or security footage
- Shipping related damage that is visible upon receipt and clearly attributable to transit
How to Submit a Claim
Claims must be submitted by emailing [email protected] and must include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Supporting photographs or documentation
Claims for non-delivery may be submitted 6 weeks after the shipment date, if the order has not arrived.
Resolution
Approved Shipping Protection claims are eligible for replacement only.
Refunds are not provided under Shipping Protection.
If Shipping Protection is not purchased, LVLUP Health bears no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage once the order has been transferred to the carrier.
Force Majeure
LVLUP Health is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, labour disputes, transportation interruptions, customs delays, or government actions or restrictions.
