Normally GHK-Cu in its raw form is not overly effective orally as this tripeptide doesn't withstand the stomach acid nor the proteolytic enzymes in the stomach beyond at best 10-15% absorption; but by protecting the peptides within liposomes and Sodium bicarbonate and delayed release, enteric-coated capsules a large percentage of the GHK-Cu peptide can pass these barriers to administration and be delivered to the GI tract and absorbed intact for systemic benefit.

Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) is a naturally occurring fatty acid studied to show neuroprotective, anti-inflammatory, antihistamine/mast cell stabilizing, and analgesic properties. PEA may also relieve acute and chronic pain, and may significantly reduce inflammation via interacting with the following receptors: CB1, CB2, PPARa, GRR55, TRPV1, and COX2.
