Shipping & Import Compliance

LVLUP Health reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or terminate commissions for violations, fraud, or misuse.

Affiliate accounts may be suspended or terminated at any time, with or without notice, at LVLUP Health’s discretion, and act as independent contractors and have no authority to bind or represent LVLUP Health.

User Content & Reviews

By submitting reviews, testimonials, or other content, you grant LVLUP Health a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes (using first name or initials only).

LVLUP Health reserves the right to remove content that is misleading, offensive, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate.

Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LVLUP Health’s total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

LVLUP Health is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for delays or failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in accordance with its rules.

Class actions and collective proceedings are expressly excluded.
