By accessing https://lvluphealth.com or purchasing from LVLUP Health, you agree to these Terms of Service and related policies (Privacy, Shipping, Returns).

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to purchase or use LVLUP Health products or Services. By using our Website, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

1. About LVLUP Health

LVLUP Health provides premium performance and wellness supplements formulated with quality ingredients and backed by science.

All sales and operations are conducted by Kyana International Limited. 

2. Product Information & Health Disclaimer

Our products are dietary supplements intended for adult use only.

LVLUP Health products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Hong Kong Department of Health (DH), Therapeutic Goods Administration of Australia (TGA), or any other regulatory authority.

Information provided on this website is for general educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication. Use products only as directed. Individual results may vary.

You are responsible for ensuring that any product you purchase and use complies with local laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Accepted methods: credit/debit cards and PayPal.
  • Prices shown in USD, taxes applied per region.
  • Your bank may charge currency-conversion or international-transaction fees.
  • LVLUP Health may cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or regulatory risk.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts or recover chargeback-related fees where abuse or false disputes occur.
  • LVLUP Health reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or correct any order that appears fraudulent, violates regulations, or contains pricing or typographical errors, even after the order is submitted or confirmed.

4. Shipping & Import Compliance

  • Orders usually process within 2-4 business days. However delays out of our control can incur in peak times. 
  • Risk of loss transfers to you once goods are handed to the carrier.
  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import restrictions, and seizures.
  • No refund will be issued if an order is destroyed or confiscated by customs.
  • Shipping Protection.
    • If purchased at checkout, Shipping Protection covers loss, theft, or damage during transit and provides replacement only.
    • It does not cover incorrect addresses, customs issues, or delays.
    • If not purchased, the customer accepts all risk once the order is handed to the carrier.
  • Overseas buyers must ensure supplements are legal for import in their jurisdiction.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 30 days (unopened items only).
  • Returns = store credit or replacement.
  • Refunds are up to LVLUP Health’s discretion, if approved they are issued via PayPal or method of payment.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless LVLUP Health sent the wrong or damaged item.
  • All sale, promotional, or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that LVLUP Health products are legal for import and use in their jurisdiction. Orders seized, destroyed, or refused by customs authorities due to import restrictions or local regulations are not eligible for refund or replacement.

6. Affiliate Program

Our affiliate program operates through GoAffPro.

  • Payouts: via PayPal on the 1st of each month.
  • Affiliates must avoid medical/therapeutic claims and deceptive marketing.
  • Brand bidding, coupon-site posting, and spam activity are prohibited.
  • We may withhold or cancel commissions for violations or fraudulent activity.
  • We reserve the right to withhold or cancel commissions and to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time, for any reason, including for violations of these Terms or program policies. While we may provide notice where practical, we are not obligated to do so.
  • Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees, partners, or agents of LVLUP Health. Affiliates have no authority to make representations or commitments on behalf of LVLUP Health.

7. User Content & Reviews

By submitting reviews or testimonials, you grant LVLUP Health a royalty-free, worldwide licence to use your feedback (using first name or initials only) for marketing.

We may remove content that is offensive, false, or misleading.

8. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

LVLUP Health’s liability is capped at the purchase price of the product.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, supply chain interruptions, government restrictions).

9. Governing Law & Disputes

Registered address: 2301, 23/F, Bayfield Building, 99 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

These Terms are governed by Hong Kong law.

Disputes will first be handled by good-faith negotiation, then—if unresolved—by binding arbitration under HKIAC rules.

No class or collective actions are permitted.

We may amend these Terms periodically. Revised versions will be posted with an updated “Effective Date.”
