We've consolidated the wholesale and retail websites in order to leverage the latest web technologies to provide the best experience to our customers.
At our new website, you'll have access to:

We've migrated most accounts to the new website already. You won't need a password to sign in - simply enter your email at the sign-in screen.
If your account has been migrated...
You might still need to enter a shipping address on your company profile. We don't like to assume addresses - so we've assigned your previous address as a billing address and left the shipping details to you.
Once you've saved your shipping address, and optionally a payment method, ordering is quicker and easier than ever.

If your account has not been migrated…
Our legacy platform allowed wholesale sign-ups without a company name, but that’s not possible on the new website. If your legacy account was under your own name, you’ll need to complete a wholesale account sign-up before you order. Approval is usually received within one business day, and we only need a few basic details.
Legacy Website Access
You won’t be able to place orders on the legacy platform, however we’re making the account sign-in available to you until August 2025 so that you can download your order history if required.
